Sorry I am going to give this software a miss and stay with the principle BIM software players. I know that it goes against the ethos of interoperability. However, I detest this WOKE insidious intrusion into construction. My design tutor at university was a woman. My design tutor at the AA was a woman. My first employer in construction was a woman. They were excellent people and taught me so much, about life and construction. That was 50-years ago, yet here we are all these years later claiming special rights for women in BIM rather trying to engender motivation, which has nothing to do with gender or whatever or whomever you are. I do not know anyone who is prejudiced in construction other than just wanting the best candidate in the right position. Women are more than capable of holding their own with men. There is no need to start leveraging women into construction on account of their gender. If they are good enough, then they get the job. The same goes for anybody; whatever their race, creed, religion or gender. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. My mind reflects on a similar situation to the Trimble message recounted by Grouch Marx when his application to join a prestigious Golf Club was 'blackballed': "I understand their point-of-view. Anyone who would have me as a member, I would leave the club too ..." Consider Groucho's quip in reverse. Surely, any woman who is not welcome on account of her gender would not wish to work under such circumstances. If she is not welcome on account of her gender, then that is the employer's loss. Everyone should value who they are. Trimble should concentrate on improving their product not messing around with social issues which provide little trust in their solutions to BIM. A straightforward process made complex by so many people who do not know or understand data handling, nor what they are trying to achieve. It is why I am moving towards Blender BIM where their forums are full of interesting people from all over the world. The software is free and the 'Macro' workarounds via Github excellent for those who know what they are doing who wish to provide solutions to issues. Everyone is welcome, as is their contribution. Videos such as this one only contribute to fan the flames of gender diversity without understanding what diversity means. If the world and people; such as Trimble, continue on this pointless vein of nonsense without seeing that the Emperor does not have any clothes on. i.e. bent on ignoring the value and contribution of truth, ethics and knowledge skillsets, then the world is heading for one huge financial collapse through not focusing on the component parts which underpin society. I am more worried about 'International Standards' which are not standards as they are not free to all people around the world. How can anyone start raising concerns about women in construction/BIM when the basic tenant of 'standards - ISO 19650' are not free for all to use. Like him or not, Donald Trump placed a woman in ultimate charge of his construction projects. That was decades ago where she gained considerable success. A strong woman who was principled and well liked. Through recognition of her ability, men followed. Hat's off to Donald on that one.

Why doesn't this video actually show how your software works? If you're in the construction business, you already know the different types of billing methods.

A very useful video. The Beer pump analogy was an excellent means to convey the procedural organisation of COBie in action. Mind you, I guess that if a person could not achieve COBie under your instruction, one could say that BIM could not organise a piss-up in a brewery.

I'm not able to find an accurate WIP report to report earned revenue.

If you move an invoice that was entered into the unapproved module and it was approved by a PM will that make that invoice now show up as just a transaction entry with no PM approval?

I have a question regarding the volume code. In a large scale project with several areas and zones how would that be written? For instance imagine a project consisting of 10 Areas, which each is packaged separately as its own package, but sharing the same overall project no. Now within Area 3 is a large building, which has to be separated into 3 zones to fit ob A1 sheets. Would it be sensible to add the following to the volume code: 1800-XYZ-A3.Z01-GF-DR-A-1000 ?
